The best way I can describe a phobia in a nutshell is “an irrational response to a particular situation or object”. This often leads to feelings of real fear which can sometimes lead to panic.

Hypnotherapy is the one of the best cures for phobias as we all know there is no magic pill that will eliminate it.
Research has estimated that around 70% of people have experienced a phobia at some level, while 20% of people have extreme anxiety to certain stimuli’s.
