More people are now using hypnotherapy to stop smoking after many attempts of tying to breaking the addiction by using, will power, patches, vaping, the gum and even lozenges.

Some of these approaches can help but often they rely on dependency on nicotine in other forms.
We have been programmed to believe that stopping smoking is difficult to quit because nicotine is highly addictive.

This is a misconception as it’s often a case of it being a physiological and physical addiction.
We are all aware of the unhealthy effects of smoking so I won’t go into that here, but even that is not enough motivation for some to keep from not smoking.
